Our team

Mr. Ahmed Abd El Aal

Managing Director

Having started with a now very successful translation and interpreting agency (www.kaza-sprachdienste.de) and with a love and appreciation for different cultures, the desire to work in the education sector has grown ever more.

With AKAZA® Education GmbH, I was able to turn this dream into reality: an educational institution where intercultural exchange and integration are practiced in Germany.

Ms. Vian Said

Deputy Managing Director

I enjoy working in various areas of AKAZA® Education.

Due to my professional background (education), I am particularly interested in teaching children the German language in the field of integration.

Here I can teach other people about the language, culture and education and show them how they can find a place here in Germany.

In my role, I also take on management responsibility and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Ms. Dana Alkhawam

Finance and Accounting

Openness to new things and continuous training are essential for successful integration. I started at KAZA Language Services and then took over the accounting department at AKAZA® Education. I was able to develop myself, gain valuable experience and benefit from exchanging ideas with my colleagues. I particularly value the lively team spirit.

Mr. Abdulrahim Abdulrahim

Deputy Headmaster

I really enjoy working at AKAZA because I find it fulfilling to open up new opportunities for other people through education. Here I can fully live out my passion for languages and education and actively participate in shaping a better future.

The positive and dynamic atmosphere here makes it easy to come to work every day with joy and enthusiasm.

I feel at home at AKAZA

Ms. Tanja Krause

Teacher

As a Baltic Sea child (born on the island of Rügen) and a whirlwind (I don’t like standing still), I found my way to AKAZA Education via a wonderful detour. As teacher Tanja, I enjoy getting up every morning. The excited faces of the participants motivate me to always give my best – both personally and educationally. AKAZA enables me to develop and grow. When my phone’s navigation system automatically added Lutherstraße 10 as „home“ one day, I knew I had left a part of my heart here.
